We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel nestled alongside a breathtaking mountain. The remote location provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel was conveniently located just down the road from the convention center, making it a great choice for business travelers. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt right at home throughout our stay. In addition, the room service was top-notch, offering a wide range of amenities and services including car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing us with the utmost comfort and relaxation.

We had a pleasant weekend here. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering complementary snacks and drinks. The location was convenient, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the pool area and found it to be a great place to relax and unwind.
On the downside, the breakfast was quite limited and not very appetizing. Additionally, the bathroom in our room was not as clean as we would have hoped, with a lingering unpleasant odor.

This hotel has one fantastic thing going for it and that is the staff!! The most caring and polite staff we have ever met. They just try to do everything to please. I proposed to my now fiancee and they did absolutely everything in their power to make it special, laying the bed with roses, a bouquet of flowers and dinner on the roof top terrace. The resort is also very beeautifully designed
Unfortunately for a boutique resort there were some elements missing. The rooms are very large but feel empty with a small tv and only 1 tv channel in English and not much bedside lighting allowing for one of us to sit up at night reading if the other wanted to sleep. The dining area is very average although the anazing staff try their best to make it better. Nice table settings every day for dinner would be great. These are all very small things at I a m sure the owner will improve on but all in all a great resort to stay at if you are looking for a quiet few days with access to tours.

This budget-friendly resort offers a peaceful getaway with its remote location. It is close enough to all the sightseeing attractions and the center of the city, but also nestled in the wild, providing a beautiful natural setting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some larger rooms even featuring a luxurious bathtub. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and the hotel offers a range of facilities for guests to enjoy.
One minor downside is that the shower in some rooms may not be up to par, but overall it does not detract from the enjoyable experience at the resort.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, plus the view from the window was amazing. The outdoor pool was a refreshing escape from the hot weather. the tour guide was friendly and knew the area well, showing us some beautiful sights.
The staff did not seem very interested in helping us or making us feel welcome. The location was too isolated and we had to spend a lot of money on transportation to get to nearby facilities.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful swimming pool and a luxurious bathtub. We also loved the convenient transportation options, with free shuttles provided on schedule and easy access to the airport and Chiang Mai International Convention center. The location of the hotel, right by a charming little lake and close to the city center and Old gates, was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.
No negatives from this place.
